Product Description:

QFH air filter reducer is a pneumatic diaphragm control valve combination of an auxiliary device, by input 0.3 ~ 1.0MPa compressed air, the pneumatic remote control plate and the valve positioner to provide 0.14 ± 10% MPa clean gas source.   


Working principle:

When the input of 0.3 ~ 1.0MPa compressed air, into the filter chamber (A) for water, oil, dust treatment. As a result of the spring of the given spring to push the ball valve, so the pressure through the ball valve flow into the output pipe, and through the small hole into the feedback chamber (B), then the pressure on the diaphragm force and a given spring force to balance. But because the output pressure by the use of external interference, the output pressure is high or lower than the given value. If the output pressure is lower than the given value, the force on the diaphragm is out of balance with the given spring force, the film is displaced downward, and the ball valve is opened for air pressure compensation. If the output pressure is higher than the given value, the diaphragm is displaced upward, and the stem and diaphragm core are separated, and the air pressure is discharged from the hole to the atmosphere until a new equilibrium is reached. Thus, the output pressure can always be set at the desired setpoint.
         

Maintenance and repair :

Pressure adjustment: the output pressure and a given pressure does not match, can be adjusted, starting from the top plug, input 0.3 ~ 1.0MPa compressed air, screw the adjustment screw to change the output pressure, clockwise adjustment output pressure, Adjust the pressure is reduced, adjust the timing of the output pressure gauge can be 0.14MPa, cover the cap.

Discharge and drainage: the bottom of the case there is a knurled screw, for the discharge of water, the annual discharge of at least one. 
          

Filter cleaning:

Wash at least once a year, cleaning the valve to be removed from the pipeline, with gasoline or carbon tetrachloride cleaning, washing with compressed air after the scouring of the net, the filter can be reloaded. Its structure as shown in Figure QFH type, mainly by the adjustment screw 1, the given spring 2, diaphragm 3, ball valve 4, filter 5, stem 6 and drainage screws 7 and so on.
