First, Pneumatic Clamp Type Hard Seal Butterfly Valve Products Overview
The J shaped elastic precision of the sealing ring and the three eccentric multi-level metal seal structure, is widely used in medium temperature ≤425℃, petroleum chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and water supply and drainage and municipal construction and other industrial pipelines, adjust the flux and set off fluid. The three eccentric valve structure, valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of stainless steel with different hardness, good corrosion resistance, long service life, the valve has a two-way sealing function, the product conforms to the national standard GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test.

Two, Pneumatic Clamp Type Hard Seal Butterfly Valve Features
1, The valve uses three eccentric sealing structure, seat and butterfly plate almost no wear, with the more closely the sealing function.
2, Sealing ring made of stainless steel, with metal hard sealing and elastic sealing dual advantages, both in low temperature and high temperature conditions, have excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, long service life and so on.
3, The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is welded with cobalt based hard alloy. The sealing face is wear resistant and has long service life
4, Large formatdiscusinglatticestructure, high strength, large flow area, flow resistance is small.
5, The valve has two-way sealing function, installation is not affected by the media flow direction, and is not affected by the location of the space, can be installed in any direction.
6, The drive device can be multi station (rotation) 90° or 180°Installation is convenient for users.

Three, Pneumatic Clamp Type Hard Seal Butterfly Valve Principle
The pneumatic actuator is controlled by the electromagnetic reversing valve, so that the valve stem rotates 90 degrees to achieve the purpose of switching.
The cylinder adopts 1/4 rotary cylinder with adjustable angle1°～5°.
